FIBER-OPTICS AND RF RESEARCH
Fiber-coupled lasers: Low-power lasers in the NIR range (980nm, 1550 nm), superluminescent laser diode (broadband with 4 diodes), microchip-based laser (1064 nm) and the relevant driver units.
Fiber-optic components: Wavelength- and power-splitting couplers, polarization controllers, variable attenuator, band-pass filter, isolator and circulator.
Fiber-optic devices: splicing machine, wavelength division demultiplexer, PRBS source, intensity and phase modulators.
Fiber-optic measurement systems: power meters, optical spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope with optical detector.
Fibers: SMF, EDF, DSF, HNLF, PCF
RF: Gunn diode, RF amplifier, RF spectrum analyzer.
PHOTONIC CRYSTALS AND RELATED TOPICS
Light sources: White light lamps, low-power lasers in the visible range, LED sources in the visible range, nanosecond-pulsed Nd:YAG laser at 1064/532/355 nm, supercontinuum laser source (vis/NIR), broadband white light sources, LED sources.
Fabrication tools: Sputtering system, spin coater, dip coater.
Characterization: UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer, stylus profilometer, microscopes, USB-based spectrometers, spectroscopic ellipsometer.
Detectors: low-power detectors for UV/vis/NIR range, detector for pulsed light.
Optical components: filters, polarizers, waveplates, objectives.
Ancillary equipment/components: Optical breadboards, optical polishing machine, wafer cutting and dicing saw, plasma cleaner, centrifuge, integrating sphere, monochromator, CMOS camera, muffle furnace, hotplate, stirrer, pinholes, rotation mounts, translation stages.
